David has spent decades studying and working in prophetic training and mentoring. Collectively he and his wife Teri have cofounded Kingdom Prophets Arising, The Gathering of Prophets & Intercessors, and the Upper Room, a current ministry birthed through praise and worship at the Gathering Cafe in downtown Ocala, Florida.

This ministry began when God placed this tenacious woman on this earth , grew her up, and placed in her heart His word, her faith a boldness,  and in her mind a mission. She has an online church called "Oasis" on Facebook and hosts meetings in her home.s. As Pastor and Prophetess, she has a heart to equip the saints, an authority to deliver the opressed, and a power evangelist mindset in going after the lost!
